Storekeeper – Hotel Supply Management

About the role

As a Storekeeper at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, you will be responsible for managing all goods and deliveries that enter and leave the hotel premises. You will ensure that every delivery is received, inspected, stored, and distributed in line with the company's purchasing and procurement standards, while maintaining precise inventory records. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily hotel operations and safeguarding the quality of all supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders, confirming quantity, quality and compliance with company standards.
• Organise and store items in designated areas, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring optimal stock levels and proper rotation.
• Coordinate the timely distribution of supplies to all hotel departments, facilitating smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Record every inventory movement, update documentation promptly and keep stock logs current.
• Adhere to safety, storage and handling policies, following company procedures to protect personnel and merchandise.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a storekeeper, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply‑chain certification is advantageous.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and move stock safely as required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and handling procedures consistently.
