Storekeeper

About the role

The Storekeeper will manage the hotel’s central stores, overseeing inventory, deliveries and stock movements to ensure all goods are accurately received, stored and issued in line with AccorHotel’s standards. This role supports the Food & Beverage, Purchasing and Cost Control teams to maintain efficient operations and cost effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, record and distribute incoming goods to the appropriate departments and storage areas.
• Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, deliveries, issues and returns, and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Process orders through the hotel’s online procurement system and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food safety requirements for all products.
• Support recipe costing by updating purchase prices and maintaining beverage recipe information.
• Monitor stock and operating costs, highlighting significant variances to management.
• Collaborate with F&B, Purchasing, Cost Control and other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
• Conduct regular spot inventories in F&B outlets and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, grooming, punctuality and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory, Receiving or Cost Control, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• High school diploma or relevant vocational qualification; hospitality, supply chain or procurement qualification is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of stock control, inventory management, receiving and issuing procedures, and cost control.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Willingness to attend required training and adapt to flexible support needs.
