Storekeeper / Warehouse Keeper – F&B Operations in Dubai

About the role

We’re looking for a Store Keeper with solid F&B experience to be the calm, organized centre of our storerooms – the person who knows exactly what’s on the shelf, what’s about to expire, and what the kitchen will need before they even ask.

Key responsibilities

• Own the storerooms – keep them clean, organized, and arranged so anyone can find what they need fast.
• Track daily stock movements: receiving, issuing, and recording everything with audit‑level accuracy.
• Run regular stock counts and reconcile them against the system; investigate any discrepancies.
• Monitor expiry dates and batch rotation using FIFO to protect quality.
• Coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams to ensure orders are placed before stock runs low.
• Flag slow‑moving or excess stock to prevent waste.
• Prepare stock and consumption reports for management decision‑making.
• Ensure deliveries meet specifications – correct quantity, quality, and temperature.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of store‑keeping experience in the UAE, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Hands‑on knowledge of inventory management systems and solid Excel skills.
• Working understanding of HACCP and food‑safety standards.
• Sharp eye for detail with accurate stock counts.
• Clear communication with kitchen, purchasing, and suppliers.
