Strategic Account Manager

About the role

Sardine is rapidly expanding its customer base and needs a Strategic Account Manager to act as the primary stakeholder for a select group of clients. You will help customers maximize the value of Sardine’s fraud, payments, and compliance solutions while collaborating with internal risk, analytics, and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, addressing day‑to‑day issues and strategic opportunities to boost ROI.
• Translate complex product and technology challenges into clear, actionable solutions and manage the implementation process.
• Monitor, build, and communicate key performance indicators and strategic analysis to support long‑term client expansion.
• Partner with Sardine’s risk analytics and data‑science teams to proactively identify and address emerging fraud typologies.

Required profile

• 7+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS.
• Domain experience in fraud, payments, compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC; banking experience highly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills for virtual and in‑person meetings with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional project‑management ability to balance multiple stakeholder needs.

Required skills

• Experience integrating APIs and guiding customers through technical implementations.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting.
