Strategic Advisor – Executive Leadership

About the role

Provide senior-level strategic and technical advice to executive leadership, supporting key business and project decisions, ensuring initiatives align with objectives, governance and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and guidance to executive leadership on organizational, project and business matters.
• Support evaluation of major initiatives, projects, investments and strategic priorities.
• Review complex project and business matters and deliver independent recommendations.
• Advise on project delivery strategies, governance, risks and opportunities.
• Provide oversight and strategic input into major programmes and projects.
• Identify emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Engage with senior government representatives, clients, consultants and partners.
• Conduct strategic reviews to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 15–20 years of relevant experience, including senior leadership or executive advisory roles.
• Extensive experience in large, complex organisations or major project environments, preferably in real estate development, construction, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Proven ability to advise executive leadership and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of corporate and project governance, risk management and commercial considerations.
