About the role

The Strategic Advisory & Solutions (SAS) Internship Programme 2027 offers a 10‑week, hands‑on experience within Standard Chartered’s Corporate & Investment Banking division. Interns join a global advisory platform that partners with corporate and financial institution clients to provide strategic advice on capital structure, financing and sustainability decisions across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the SAS team in delivering strategic advice on complex capital‑structure, financing and transition finance projects.
• Work on real business challenges and contribute to projects in Capital Structure & Rating Advisory, Transition Finance & Advisory, and Islamic Banking.

• Demonstrates ownership, initiative and a strong willingness to learn.
• Think critically, solve problems with sound judgement and adapt under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
