Strategic Key Accounts Manager - Data Center Engineer

About the role

Dubai serves as a strategic hub for Eaton’s Middle East operations, bringing together commercial, engineering, manufacturing and support teams. The role aims to advance Eaton as a leading company in the data‑center industry by managing reputation and sales across complex, multi‑country projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial account plans to meet sales, margin and pipeline targets.
• Identify, engage and secure revenue opportunities within large international and national data‑center operators.
• Lead technical and commercial bid responses and oversee the tendering process.
• Maintain market and competitor intelligence to position Eaton’s differentiated value.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, marketing, supply chain and senior leadership to deliver client solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of proven success in the data‑center industry in a business growth or account‑management role.

Required skills

• Data‑centre design and operations knowledge.
• Technical and commercial bid response expertise.
• Strong engineering background in electrical/electronic systems.
