Strategic Sourcing & Tender Manager (with Russian language)

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing & Tender Manager to develop supplier strategies, run tender processes and oversee supplier performance for our premium bathroom product business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop supplier strategies, including selection criteria, cost optimisation and market analysis.
• Organise and conduct tender processes, preparing documentation, evaluating proposals and recommending suppliers.
• Manage the supplier database, source new suppliers, maintain records and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Lead negotiations and support contract preparation, review and execution.
• Monitor supplier performance dashboards, analyse metrics and prepare reports.
• Handle supplier claims, document non‑compliance, prepare claims and support dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, supplier sourcing and tender management from the buyer’s side.
• Direct procurement experience for products intended for resale within a trading or distribution business.
• Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.
