Strategy Analyst

About the role

The Analyst – Strategy will work within the Transformation department to provide analytical support for key projects and strategic initiatives in the UAE healthcare sector. You will research industry trends, benchmark performance, and evaluate business processes to generate actionable insights that drive value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and transformation initiatives through detailed data collection and analysis.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed initiatives.
• Track and report on KPIs and project performance metrics to measure progress and outcomes.
• Assist in designing and delivering presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze internal performance data to identify areas for operational improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Economics, Public Health, or related field (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, healthcare consulting, or project management within the healthcare sector.
• Prior experience working in the UAE healthcare system is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Ability to create financial models and conduct resource allocation analysis.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and stakeholder engagement.
