Strategy Consultant / Product Owner – Digital Bank (UAE)

About the role

Our client is launching a greenfield, AI‑native digital bank in the United Arab Emirates. They are looking for an experienced strategy consultant with product‑owner expertise to lead the design and delivery of the MVP within a fast‑paced, build‑from‑zero environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own product development across 2–3 Agile pods, defining and prioritising backlogs in line with the product vision.
• Drive the delivery of a time‑bound MVP, ensuring core features are released by the target launch date.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and continuous delivery across multiple pods.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, business and leadership teams to ensure seamless product development.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations and provide regular progress updates.
• Translate broader business and product strategy into actionable development plans.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of consulting experience, preferably in strategy, management or technology consulting.
• Proven track record delivering digital products, ideally in financial services or a related sector.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work with multicultural teams.
