Strategy Expert

About the role

The Strategy Expert will lead the development, implementation and monitoring of Al Nahiya Group’s corporate strategy and performance management framework. This senior position supports executive decision‑making and ensures alignment with government and sectoral agendas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and update corporate strategies, objectives and implementation plans.
• Align organisational strategies with government and sectoral priorities.
• Design and manage performance frameworks, including KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, dashboards and strategic reports.
• Monitor strategic performance, analyse results and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support executive management through strategic analysis, reporting and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective strategy execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Management, MIS or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, performance management, PMO or government transformation.
• Proven experience in government, semi‑government or public‑sector entities.
