Strategy Implementation Manager

About the role

The Manager of the Strategy Execution Support Department leads the implementation of strategic initiatives across ADNOC Group, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational execution. This role drives efficiency, monitors progress, and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to align with organizational goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to execute projects effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and create mitigation strategies.
• Consult senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on strategy execution.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on initiative status.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategy execution or project management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certification such as PMP is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
