Strategy Manager / Senior Manager – Oil & Gas (MENA)

About the role

EY-Parthenon is looking for experienced strategy professionals to lead high‑impact consulting engagements in the Oil & Gas sector across the MENA region. You will work with senior client leadership to shape strategic roadmaps and drive growth in a dynamic energy landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic consulting engagements, defining objectives and ensuring alignment with EY-Parthenon standards.
• Work directly with clients to translate complex challenges into actionable insights and high‑impact deliverables.
• Manage project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure timely, high‑quality outputs.
• Proactively identify risks, escalate issues, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking institution; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or energy‑transition programs within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed industry, market, competitor and customer assessments.
• Willingness to travel within the MENA region (approximately 25‑70% of the time).
