Strategy Senior Analyst – Emirati Hire

About the role

We are assisting a new semi‑government entity in Abu Dhabi that is seeking an Emirati Senior Analyst to join its Strategy Department. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high‑impact national initiatives within a dynamic and mission‑driven organisation at the heart of the UAE’s knowledge and innovation ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate core strategic projects, schedules and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain institutional knowledge databases and research tools.
• Conduct in‑depth research and analysis on national and international development trends.
• Support end‑to‑end management of key program portfolios.
• Engage with external consultants, experts and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
• Contribute to internal practice‑building initiatives such as knowledge sharing and team planning events.
• Report on project performance, risks and budgetary considerations to senior management.
• Produce high‑quality documentation and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university, preferably in Public Policy, Business, Economics or a related field, with a high GPA.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a strategic advisory role, management consulting, public sector, multilateral organization or similar.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
