Strategy Senior Consultant – Emirati Talent

About the role

EY-Parthenon Strategy is seeking an ambitious senior consultant to join its rapidly growing MENA team in Dubai. You will work on high‑impact strategy projects for global corporates, governments and sovereign wealth funds, collaborating directly with C‑suite executives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead work streams on long‑term strategy roadmaps, market entry, growth, and digital transformation projects.
• Define engagement objectives and scope with clients, translating needs into concrete deliverables.
• Conduct market analysis, customer research, macro‑economic forecasting and portfolio optimization.
• Prepare commercial due diligence, greenfield studies and support transaction decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking university; MBA or master’s from a leading business school is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting or strategy‑related experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic in a professional setting.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% across the MENA region.

• Strong analytical abilities to assess industries, markets, competitors and customers.
• Proficiency in developing business strategies using qualitative and quantitative data.
