Strength & Conditioning Coach (Hybrid, Dubai)

About the role

Project Reshape is seeking a full‑time Strength & Conditioning Coach to join its Dubai team. The role blends on‑site sessions with online coaching, allowing you to design personalised training programmes for a diverse client base while enjoying flexible work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client fitness levels, goals and any injury history.
• Develop and deliver individualized strength and conditioning programmes for general‑population and athletic clients.
• Monitor progress, adjust training plans and ensure correct exercise technique.
• Collaborate with other coaches or health professionals for injury‑recovery cases.
• Provide education on training principles, recovery strategies and performance optimisation.
• Maintain clear communication and professional standards across in‑person and virtual platforms.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Sports Science or related field.
• Proven experience in strength and conditioning for both fitness and performance‑oriented clients.
• Background in injury prevention and safe exercise prescription.
• Relevant certification such as CSCS, UKSCA or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate clients of varying abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work in a hybrid environment.
