Stretch Trainer – Assisted Stretch Specialist

About the role

As a Stretch Trainer at Dr.stretch, you will deliver one‑on‑one assisted passive stretching sessions to help clients improve flexibility, posture and overall well‑being. No prior stretching experience is required; you will receive full training on the proprietary Core Balance Stretch methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional assisted passive stretching services while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assess each client’s physical abilities and limitations to tailor appropriate stretching techniques.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular stretching and how to integrate it into daily routines.
• Develop personalized stretching plans based on client goals, circumstances and physical constraints.
• Monitor progress, keep accurate records, and adjust plans as needed.
• Promote Dr.stretch memberships, build client loyalty, and ensure safety by following all policies and safety rules.
• Assist with basic front‑desk duties such as answering calls and managing messages.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, energetic personality with a passion for health and wellness.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Availability to attend the full training program starting 24 August 2026.
• Interest in human anatomy, biomechanics and fitness is a plus.
