Structural BIM Modeler – Precast Building Projects

About the role

Gyrfalcon Design & Engineering Services LLC is seeking an experienced Structural BIM Modeler to join its Dubai team. You will work on precast building structure projects, delivering high‑quality BIM models and supporting multidisciplinary coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop detailed shop drawings, BOQ items, and construction documentation for precast structures.
• Perform clash detection and ensure clash‑free BIM delivery.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and civil disciplines to integrate models.
• Produce accurate structural detailing and support quality control processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in structural BIM modeling.
• Proven experience with precast building projects.
• Strong understanding of structural detailing, documentation, and coordination.
• Ability to work immediately in an onsite environment.
