Structural & Design Engineer – Residential Villas

About the role

Creative Home is looking for a hands‑on Structural & Design Engineer with proven UAE experience in high‑end residential villa projects. The role covers new builds, structural modifications, extensions and rebuilds, requiring end‑to‑end modeling, calculations and coordination with MEP disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete, foundations and steel structures using ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000 or STAAD.Pro.
• Assess existing villas, design interventions for load‑bearing walls, openings, vertical and horizontal extensions.
• Produce coordinated structural and MEP drawing sets in AutoCAD/Revit and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Prepare complete drawing packages, calculations and NOC documentation for submission to Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees and master developers.
• Review and design structural elements for swimming pools, water features, pump rooms and outdoor hardscape.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control of reinforcement, formwork and concrete works, and resolve on‑site technical queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• G+1 registration with Dubai Municipality or Society of Engineers.
• 3–7 years of UAE experience on residential villa projects, including extensions and custom modifications.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and structural analysis software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Code, ACI 318, BS codes and local authority guidelines.
• Hands‑on ability to produce coordinated MEP submission drawings.
