Structural Drafter

About the role

CSCEC Middle East is seeking experienced Structural Drafters to support the technical department on a newly awarded large‑scale project in Dubai. You will be responsible for producing detailed architectural and structural drawings and coordinating with various disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and structural detail drawings, including GA, shop, and as‑built drawings.
• Draft external landscape shop drawings, hardscape layouts, and finishing details.
• Review subcontractor shop drawings, rebar drawings, and precast panel coordination drawings.
• Coordinate survey and coordination drawings based on demarcation plans.
• Assist architects with material submissions, RFS, and clash detection using coordination drawings.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building projects, preferably in the UAE.

Required skills

• Architectural and structural coordination drawings
• Preparation of mobilization structural GA drawings
• Drafting of shop drawings for block work, finishes, tile layout, RCP, site plans, sections and elevations
• Reviewing rebar drawings and precast panel finishing coordination
• Survey coordination drawing preparation
