Structural Draftsman (Revit/BIM)

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Structural Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The role involves creating detailed structural shop drawings and managing documentation for innovative building solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural Revit models and generate shop drawings (plans, sections, elevations) ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers and architects to develop accurate models and drawings.
• Revise construction documents based on engineer feedback and project updates.
• Maintain an organized filing system for drawings and project documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of drafting assignments according to project schedules and deadlines.
• Utilize Revit and CAD software for rapid drafting and design iteration.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in structural drafting within construction or engineering consultancy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication abilities to liaise with engineers, architects, and other team members.
