Structural Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to work on projects across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves design review, site supervision and coordination with architects, consultants and project teams to ensure safe and high‑quality concrete and steel structures.

Key responsibilities

• Visit sites, review structural drawings, identify risks and provide technical support to site engineers and supervisors.
• Represent the project team in client/consultant meetings on design and execution progress.
• Analyse structural components, advise on improvements and ensure compliance with international standards.
• Liaise with architects and other designers to achieve safe, aesthetically‑compatible designs.
• Prepare and review structural shop drawings, optimise designs for budget and technology.
• Supervise sub‑contractors, review tender drawings and support the estimation process.
• Prepare regular reports on design and site progress for the Engineering Manager.

Required profile

• Graduate in Structural or Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in design and evaluation of concrete and steel structures.
• Hands‑on site experience and ability to meet project timelines and budgets.
