Structural Inspector – Site

About the role

We are looking for a competent, detail‑oriented Structural Inspector to join our supervision team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on ensuring that all structural works on‑site are executed in strict compliance with approved IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements and applicable UAE authority regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily site inspections of structural works, verifying conformity with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor contractor activities and confirm that construction practices meet UAE authority requirements and international standards.
• Identify deviations or non‑conformities and issue Site Observation Reports and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) as needed.
• Review and validate inspections related to concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, structural steel, foundations and waterproofing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper use of inspection tools and software.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in structural inspection or related construction engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and international construction standards.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and communicate findings clearly.
