Structural Superintendent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Structural Construction Superintendent to lead on‑site activities for high‑profile energy projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee total construction field effort to ensure projects are built in accordance with design, specifications, budgets and schedules.
• Manage and control project cost and schedule for assigned disciplines, capturing variations through commercial processes.
• Coordinate supply and delivery of equipment, subcontractors, consumables and accommodation in line with client and company procedures.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental responsibilities are defined, communicated and adhered to by all workers on site.
• Collaborate with engineering during design phases to influence constructability and optimise project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of oil and gas industry experience, including at least 5 years on major capital projects (> USD 500 M) with construction and site management focus.
• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively for multi‑week periods and adapt work location as required.
• Eligibility to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.
