Key responsibilities

• Assist daily operations within an assigned operational or administrative department.
• Participate in guest service activities and support front‑office, food & beverage, or back‑office tasks as required.
• Contribute to projects, reports or initiatives under the supervision of a dedicated Job Coach.
• Attend regular training sessions, performance reviews and feedback meetings.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to departmental processes.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited hospitality management program.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Genuine interest in luxury hospitality and guest service.
• Proactive, curious learner eager to develop professional skills.
• Team‑player who demonstrates professionalism and respect.
