Student Aide – Immediate Hiring Across UAE

About the role

We are seeking energetic and reliable Student Aides to support students of determination in government schools across the UAE. The role involves providing classroom, behavioural and physical assistance to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Modify learning materials under guidance to suit student needs
• Guide students through daily classroom activities and lessons
• Encourage independent learning and active classroom participation
• Accompany students during transitions between classes, breaks, and buses
• Support students with physical mobility, positioning, and adaptive equipment
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and feeding if required
• Maintain a safe environment by proactively managing physical risks
• Implement approved behavior management plans and positive interventions
• De‑escalate challenging behaviors with patience, calm, and care
• Foster social interactions and peer friendships during school hours
• Provide emotional reassurance to build student self‑esteem
• Communicate clearly in English with all stakeholders
• Collaborate daily with class teachers, therapists, and special‑needs teams
• Log student progress, behavioral incidents, and daily achievements accurately

Required profile

• Minimum High School certificate or higher academic qualification
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a related field
• Backgrounds such as Shadow Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Caregiver, Nursery Assistant, or Special Needs Support
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
• Physically and medically fit to assist with student mobility and safety
• Exceptionally patient, caring, empathetic, and resilient
