Student Recruitment Sales Representative – Education Sector

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Student Recruitment Sales Representative to join our team at S P Jain School of Global Management in Dubai. The role focuses on attracting undergraduate and postgraduate candidates, managing the end‑to‑end enrolment process, and representing the school at education fairs and events.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound calling and sourcing activities.
• Identify innovative ways to attract UG and PG students.
• Guide applicants through the full application cycle, from receipt to final decision.
• Coordinate and participate in on‑ and off‑campus recruitment events, education fairs and expos such as GETEX, WORLD QS FAIR, BMI.
• Provide counseling to prospects via phone, email and in‑person, answering queries on programmes, costs, specialisations, etc.
• Maintain accurate records and update profiles promptly in HubSpot.
• Prepare regular activity and performance reports.
• Ensure a high level of responsiveness and customer service throughout the enrolment process.
• Create and maintain the agent handbook.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the school and collaborate closely with supervisors.
