Studio Manager (Lead Instructor) – Relocation to Abu Dhabi

About the role

This launch position combines teaching and management for a new boutique Pilates studio in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi. You will start as Lead Instructor, shaping the studio’s culture and sales, then transition to full Studio Manager after 3‑4 months.

Key responsibilities

• Lead presale campaigns, drive founding memberships and convert enquiries into members.
• Deliver scheduled Pilates classes with precise cueing, injury‑aware modifications and equipment introductions.
• Mentor and onboard the instructor team, ensuring brand standards and consistent quality.
• Oversee daily studio operations, maintain a clean, safe, on‑brand environment and manage social media outreach.
• Drive membership growth, retention and monitor key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer or recognised Pilates certification (Mat or Reformer).
• Strong group‑fitness teaching experience (Pilates, HIIT, cycling, barre or similar).
• Previous team leadership or studio‑management experience, or clear readiness to step up.
• Commercial awareness with confidence in sales and membership conversations.

Required skills

• Experience with studio management software such as Mindbody.
