Stylist – Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions, responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They deliver guest requests, stock carts, clean rooms and public spaces, and ensure each area contributes to a memorable and unique guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and restock housekeeping carts as needed.
• Clean guest rooms and public areas to uphold high standards of appearance and hygiene.
• Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and protect guest confidentiality.
• Uphold quality standards, ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication.
• Perform additional duties such as stocking supplies and assisting with special projects.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Commitment to delivering a consistent guest experience while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Professional presentation, including proper uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication.
