Suite Sales Executive (Freelance)

About the role

Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, managed by Legends Global, is looking for a freelance Suite Sales Executive to support the venue's corporate sales, mainly the sale of hospitality suites and premium seating. The role is on a freelancer agreement and requires the candidate to hold their own visa or sponsorship.

Key responsibilities

• Drive suite sales revenue by identifying, developing and converting new business and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, arena tours, proposals, contract negotiations and account management.
• Build relationships with suite holders, corporate clients and stakeholders, and support annual suite renewals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across premium hospitality products and services.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline and client records in the CRM and give regular performance updates.
• Represent the Arena at networking events, industry functions and business forums.
• Ensure contractual commitments are met and attend event days to host clients and showcase the hospitality offering.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the event industry and in the UAE.
• Previous experience in events.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• IT literate, including the full Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong sales presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder management, listening and creative thinking.
