About the role
DEOW International is seeking an experienced Supermarket Manager to lead a retail operation in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing daily store activities, ensuring high customer service standards, and managing staff performance. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient inventory processes and supporting sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day supermarket operations to ensure smooth business performance.
- Supervise and lead store staff while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandising, and stock replenishment activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Support sales growth by maintaining an organized and efficient retail environment.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Mandatory experience as a Store Supervisor with supermarket or retail management background.
