Supervision Stakeholder Engineer

About the role

The Supervision Stakeholder Engineer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, regulators, and community stakeholders during the supervision phase of large infrastructure projects, ensuring that work complies with design, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage interactions with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee technical supervision activities and monitor project progress on site.
• Prepare and deliver supervision reports and attend regular site meetings.
• Review contractor submissions, design documents, and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Identify project risks, support mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Solid engineering background in civil, environmental or related disciplines.
• Experience in site supervision and construction oversight on large‑scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; professional registration or eligibility is a plus.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
