Supervisor – Business Services Center

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Supervisor for its Business Services Center. The role will lead a team that supports the resort’s daily operations, ensuring high‑quality service and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Business Services Center representatives, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain Wynn’s service standards.
• Oversee daily workflows, including documentation, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Wynn policies and UAE regulations.
• Act as an escalation point for internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Support the Assistant Manager in implementing best practices and new initiatives.
• Prepare and review operational reports for management.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business services or administrative roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Supervisory experience with strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with hospitality systems.
