Supervisor, Fracturing & Completion Support

About the role

The Supervisor, Fracturing & Completion Support is responsible for managing all water sourcing, treatment, and transfer activities, as well as sand handling and civil engineering tasks linked to hydraulic fracturing operations. The role ensures safe, efficient execution in line with ADNOC’s high standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan drilling and completion of shallow wells and coordinate alternative water sources such as deep wells, refinery‑treated water, and seawater.
• Supervise H2S water treatment and recycling processes to meet quality KPIs and volume targets.
• Oversee installation and operation of electrical submersible pumps, including fuel logistics and safe operating envelopes.
• Manage water transfer logistics from multiple sources to frac sites, ensuring uninterrupted supply.
• Coordinate with vendors, production teams, technical groups and security to align water and sand sourcing plans.
• Forecast water production schedules, manage storage caravans and chemical inventories for operational readiness.
• Supervise proppant delivery, on‑site sand storage, handling, inventory control and sand transfer systems.
• Oversee civil works – construction of frac sites, access roads and water pits – ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, QA/QC standards and ADNOC specifications.
• Plan, supervise and develop assigned staff, and contribute to budget preparation and cost control.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising field operations in hydraulic fracturing or related oil‑and‑gas activities.
• Strong knowledge of safety, regulatory compliance and ADNOC standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including vendors, production teams and security personnel.
• Experience in budgeting, performance monitoring and cost variance analysis.
• Leadership skills to train and develop on‑site personnel.
