Supervisor - Guest Attendant, Spa Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE set to open in 2027, is looking for a Supervisor - Guest Attendant to join its Spa Operations team. The role covers supervising guest attendants, maintaining spa standards and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule guest attendants to ensure adequate coverage and smooth daily operations.
• Train and guide attendants on spa service standards, hygiene protocols and guest interaction.
• Monitor team performance and give feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Welcome, escort and assist guests professionally and discreetly, and respond promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a calm, respectful and supportive environment for all guests.
• Oversee cleanliness and readiness of spa areas, including locker rooms, wet zones, relaxation lounges and treatment preparation areas.
• Ensure guest amenities such as towels, robes, slippers and refreshments are consistently available and well presented.
• Deliver Forbes Five Star standards through regular inspections of hygiene, safety and presentation.
• Coordinate with spa reception, therapists and management for efficient guest flow and service delivery.
• Report maintenance issues, inventory needs and operational challenges to the Spa Manager, and help implement spa promotions, events and service enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in spa or hospitality operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of spa services and wellness practices is an advantage; prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards is also an advantage.
