Supervisor – Maintenance – Telecom

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead civil maintenance activities for administrative and residential facilities within our refinery plant. The role ensures that all buildings remain in excellent condition, complying with health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and prioritize maintenance work orders, develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for all civil assets.
• Inspect drawings for existing and new installations, conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with HSE standards.
• Lead corrective action plans for repairs, replacements and modifications of facility systems.
• Implement and manage a Trouble Report system to track and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of materials, prepare specifications, and coordinate timely procurement and delivery.
• Participate in commercial negotiations to achieve optimal cost, quality and reliability.
• Supervise contractor maintenance teams to ensure work meets required quality and standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising civil maintenance in a large industrial environment, preferably oil and gas.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance activities.
