Supervisor – Soft Services (Facilities Management)

About the role

The Supervisor Soft Services leads Khidmah's housekeeping, car‑wash and window‑cleaning teams in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to senior facility management, the role ensures high‑quality service delivery, budget control and compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule all housekeeping, car‑wash and window‑cleaning activities.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate new staff members.
• Audit team performance, conduct inspections and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures and control costs.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and requisition materials as needed.
• Achieve productivity targets (80% overall) and complete BICS training for the department.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience supervising soft‑services teams.
• Strong knowledge of HSE, COSHH, ISO and HACCP standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and leadership skills.
