Supply Chain Analyst – Data & AI Focus

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join a fast‑growing team in the United Arab Emirates. The role is ideal for an early‑career professional who wants to apply data science, AI and machine learning techniques to real‑world supply‑chain challenges and drive measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large, complex supply‑chain data sets to uncover trends, risks and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Develop predictive models and optimisation algorithms using AI/ML frameworks to support demand planning, inventory optimisation and logistics efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, finance, procurement and R&D teams to embed analytics into supply‑chain platforms.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI visualisations with Tableau or Power BI to provide real‑time operational insight.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to broader transformation initiatives by automating data pipelines and applying analytical techniques to improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience or academic project work in supply‑chain analytics or data analysis.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain fundamentals such as procurement, logistics, inventory management and demand planning.
• Detail‑oriented, curious and able to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Data‑visualisation tools – Tableau or Power BI.
• AI/ML frameworks – TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Cloud platforms – AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
