Supply Chain Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports daily supply‑chain, logistics and customer‑service activities to ensure efficient material flow, timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, warehouse staff and clients to keep ERP records up‑to‑date and provide accurate delivery updates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reliable ETAs and feedback to clients regarding deliveries and project requirements.
• Coordinate logistics‑related activities with internal departments, procurement and warehouse teams.
• Maintain and enhance logistics information within the ERP system, ensuring accurate records.
• Support after‑sales customer relationships and address client priorities as directed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase warehouse responsiveness and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3‑4 years of experience in supply‑chain, logistics or material coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and manage several priorities.
• UAE driving licence is optional.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
