Supply Chain Coordinator – Procurement & Logistics

About the role

Exotic Colors by Maysari is a fast‑growing retail and distribution group operating more than 25 brands across the UAE. We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day procurement, logistics and system operations for our multi‑brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders, invoices and sales orders in ERPLY; close POs and match receipts against invoices.
• Maintain pending supplier payments report and coordinate with Finance for cheque and advance processing.
• Source and evaluate new suppliers locally and internationally, updating the supplier list.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and inter‑branch transfers with warehouses.
• Request, compare and book freight quotations (air, sea, courier) for shipments, mainly China to UAE.
• Prepare shipping documents (AWB, packing lists, insurance, NOCs) and follow up customs clearance and last‑mile delivery.
• Record supplier bills and expenses in Zoho Inventory and Zoho Expense.
• Activate promotions and price changes in ERPLY as required.
• Produce monthly near‑expiry reports and daily/weekly status reports for the Supply Chain Supervisor.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in procurement, logistics or supply‑chain administration, preferably in retail, FMCG or distribution within the UAE.
• Working knowledge of import logistics, freight forwarders, AWB, insurance and customs documentation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage 20+ daily follow‑ups.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
