Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive will oversee end‑to‑end supply chain, procurement and logistics operations in Dubai. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams and freight partners to ensure timely delivery of materials while driving cost efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day supply chain, procurement and logistics activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee timely availability and delivery of materials and products.
• Support inventory planning, stock monitoring, replenishment and demand forecasting.
• Handle supplier sourcing, quotations, price comparisons and purchase coordination.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and commercial terms with vendors.
• Oversee import/export shipments, freight movements, customs documentation and delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics.
• Strong background in inventory planning and supplier management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of import/export documentation and shipment coordination.
• Proven negotiation and vendor‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
