Supply Chain Manager - Zimmerman

About the role

Working closely with the Supply Chain 3PL Director, the Supply Chain Manager will lead and optimise supply chain operations across the Middle East, driving continuous improvement, service level enhancements and cost reductions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, improve service levels and optimise replenishment models.
• Oversee regional warehouses and logistics partners, ensuring KPIs, service levels and lead‑time targets are met.
• Manage system projects including ERP implementations, testing, data integrity and reporting enhancements.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPI reports and provide performance analysis to stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance on logistics cost reconciliation, budget management and compliance with customs, duty and VAT.
• Lead, coach and develop the regional supply chain team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or retail operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and key stakeholders.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement capability.
• Experience managing logistics providers, contracts and supplier performance.

• Advanced ERP systems knowledge.
• Systems integration and data analysis.

• VAT and regulatory compliance.
