Supply Chain Officer

About the role

In Out Contracts LLC is looking for a Supply Chain Officer to support procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring materials and resources are managed efficiently throughout the supply chain. The role works closely with suppliers, warehouse, production, procurement, logistics and project teams to enable timely purchasing, accurate inventory management and efficient delivery of materials.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase requests, supplier quotations, purchase orders, LPOs and GRNs.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, availability and project requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on purchase orders and supplier commitments.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile system stock with physical stock.
• Track material availability, storage and slow‑moving or excess materials.
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement, warehouse, production and project teams.
• Manage local and international shipments, deliveries and transportation requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers and internal teams to ensure timely movement of materials.
• Monitor delivery schedules, logistics costs and shipment documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in construction, contracting, procurement or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement and delivery requirements simultaneously.
• Fresh graduates with the right mindset, initiative and willingness to learn are welcome.
