About the role
The Supply Chain Specialist will plan and coordinate product supply across the Middle East and Africa region. You will manage demand forecasting, inventory control, trade documentation, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and support sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop sales, inventory and purchase plans by product model, customer and month.
- Review forecasts with sales teams, manage order placement and stock checks.
- Collect, consolidate and distribute monthly sales, inventory and purchase data.
- Maintain inventory reports with third‑party logistics providers and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare and verify trade and shipping documents, including proforma invoices, order sheets and LC requirements.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, issue shipping instructions and monitor shipment status.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and manage third‑party logistics costs.
- Train colleagues on Letter of Credit processes and identify process improvements.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with regional and international stakeholders.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Expertise in Letter of Credit (LC) processes and documentation.
