Supply Chain Trainee (Emiratisation)

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group’s Emiratisation programme as a Supply Chain Trainee and gain hands‑on experience in a leading luxury retail environment. You will work alongside seasoned professionals to understand end‑to‑end supply chain processes that support over 950 stores and multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Support data collection and analysis to improve demand forecasting and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as merchandising, finance, and store operations to ensure seamless product flow.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and technology adoption within the supply chain.

Required profile

• Emirati national seeking a career in supply chain or logistics.
• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and keen interest in luxury retail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
