Supply Planner (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Supply Planner will ensure an optimal balance of inventory and sourcing to meet customer demand, supporting forecast validation, inventory monitoring and coordination with partners for timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Validate forecasts against capacity and monitor daily sales versus forecast.
• Manage finished‑goods inventory across local and international sourcing.
• Execute supply planning and MRP in SAP, considering lead times, MOQs, shelf life and logistics constraints.
• Develop sourcing, replenishment and purchasing plans and ensure timely PR releases.
• Monitor stock levels, ageing, expiry, SLOB inventory and inventory parameters.
• Track supply and inventory performance against budget and supplier contracts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and uninterrupted supply.
• Prepare inventory reports and support budget reviews and special supply‑chain projects.

Required profile

• University graduate with a relevant degree (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Mathematics).
• 2‑3 years of planning experience, FMCG experience preferred.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP) knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of statistical modelling tools.
• Strong analytical abilities.
