Supply Planning Analyst

About the role

Brown-Forman is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to manage forecasting, inventory planning and reporting for its third‑party warehouses in the UAE. The role will lead Integrated Business Planning activities and collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Production, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the monthly consensus forecast, maintain cloud‑based forecasting tools and integrate data into Kinaxis.
• Validate forecast updates against financial targets, category trends and historical performance.
• Lead new‑product introduction planning, ensuring timeline adherence and cross‑functional alignment.
• Drive monthly IBP alignment meetings, analysing demand shifts, risks and opportunities.
• Track and report KPI such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias and Slow‑Moving & Obsolete Goods.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on forecast variances to improve planning cycles.
• Partner with Global Supply Planning to optimise inventory levels and mitigate out‑of‑stock risks.
• Manage allocation of high‑demand and limited‑edition packs, coordinating with brand and supply teams.
• Schedule local rework, plan packaging material, and execute SAP MIGO transactions for inbound shipments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of planning or supply‑chain experience, with proven ability to lead IBP meetings.
• Fluent English and strong analytical, strategic thinking and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal ability to build effective relationships across diverse cultures.
