Supply Planning Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Planning Trainee to join our team in Dubai. In this role you will support the supply planning function by creating purchase orders, monitoring stock levels and assisting with product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders accurately according to brand and category requirements.
• Monitor PO status, resolve discrepancies and maintain reconciled records.
• Track stock levels across stores and warehouses to ensure optimal availability of core and hero products.
• Initiate replenishment orders based on sales trends, stock coverage and upcoming activations.
• Track shipment and delivery schedules to guarantee on‑time availability for launch dates.
• Coordinate timing and logistics for new product launches with brand, logistics and retail teams.
• Collect and consolidate sales, stock and purchase data to support category planning and decision‑making.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports and share key insights with management and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on data interpretation.
• High attention to accuracy and detail, numerically driven.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data reporting.
