Support Engineer – Lending & Cards

About the role

We are seeking a Support Engineer to provide production support for our Lending and Cards applications, ensuring high system availability and smooth business operations. The role requires 3‑5 years of experience in IT support within financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain Lending and Cards platforms in production.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents.
• Assist with System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production releases.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for issue resolution.
• Manage change and problem management activities.
• Support transitions from project to production environments.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in production support for financial applications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience following ITIL change and problem management processes.
