Support Specialist - Emiratization (UAE nationals)

About the role

Join ADCB as a Support Specialist focused on Emiratization, helping to attract and retain UAE national talent. You will work closely with the HR and Emiratization teams to ensure recruitment processes align with the bank's strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics, scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Provide operational support for sourcing and screening tasks, ensuring adherence to procedures and timelines.
• Prioritize UAE National candidates to meet ADCB’s Emiratization targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare audit‑ready documentation.
• Compile monthly and quarterly recruitment reports, highlighting key metrics and target achievements.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Support interactions with recruitment agencies and ensure smooth communication with internal teams and external candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment support or a similar role.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and Emiratization requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
